Once you submit your intake form, we review it within 24 hours and send a kick-off email. Most clients receive their first content batch within 5–7 business days of onboarding, often sooner.
Not necessarily. We work with your existing images and logos if you have them, but we can also create content based on your preferences and the look and feel of your website. We'll advise on any gaps during onboarding.
This is the most common concern we hear. We learn your voice so it comes through in your content and captions, though some clients prefer a neutral, professional tone. The intake form exists precisely so we can understand and meet your needs.
