How quickly can we get started?+
Once you submit your intake form, we review within 24 hours and send a kick-off email. Most clients receive their first content batch within 5–7 business days of onboarding — often sooner.
Do I need to provide my own photos or videos?+
Not necessarily. We work with existing assets, images and logos if you have them, but we can generate content for you based on your preferences and look-and-feel of your website. We'll advise on any gaps during onboarding.
Will the content actually sound like me?+
This is our most common concern — and our biggest strength. We can learn your 'voice' to ensure it is conveyed in your content and captions, though some opt to keep a neutral professional tone. The intake process exists precisely so that we can understand and meet your needs.
What if I don't like the content?+
Feedback is welcome! It's your content, and we want to make sure you are happy. We can refine specific content, or change the general style if you decide.
Can you help with paid ads as well as organic?+
Yes. Ad creative, copy, and paid social strategy are available as add-ons to any package. Mention it in your intake form and we'll include it in your proposal.
Is there a minimum contract length?+
No! Each contract is a rolling calendar month, so no lock-in pressure. We recommend three months minimum to see compounding results. Social is a long game - building a presence that your potential customers notice needs consistency, and that's what you get with us.
