The quickest way to get started is the brief on our homepage. It has four short steps and takes about ten minutes. We'll contact you within 24 hours to start your first month, and you see every post before it goes out.
For anything else, email nic@handsfreesocials.com. It helps to tell us your business name, your website or social handles, and what you'd like help with. If you're already a client, include your business name so we can find your account.

We're based in Penicuik, Midlothian, Scotland, and work with businesses remotely by email, phone and video call.
